Ratings and reviews

When using SMBC safety pass, Chrome browser calls this app and after successful passkey auth, found the browser restarts with the session expired. This happens a lot after using a phone for a while and there is no other way to allocate free ram but restart the phone. This app uses a lot of ram just for launch and authentication. Horrible memory requirement by design.

No English support. Despite being an app for a major national bank, it has zero English translation support. Everything is in Japanese, with little to no English translation within the app anywhere. Making it extremely hard to use for non Japanese users. A digital app should offer simple in-app translation.

Seriously, since the start, it does not load a page to proceed for biometric set up and since a week back, it just keeps saying that it cannot connect as the environment is not stable and must go through webpage.
