With NAMO, "route search (combined route search)", "transfer information", "timetable display", "mobile Suica balance confirmation [1]", and "transport arrangement/payment" are all in one app.
By setting your favorite image as an icon, you can feel like you're traveling with your favorite person or pet, which may make your regular journey even more fun.
It also works in conjunction with Tokio Marine & Nichido's insurance services and can be used to claim insurance claims for transportation expenses, so it's reassuring in times of emergency.

■Main functions of the NAMO app
① “Compound route search”
AI selects the optimal route from various transportation methods such as walking, train, car, bus, and airplane, and travels from the departure point to the destination.
A comprehensive navigation service that allows you to search.

② “Transfer information”
This is a transfer information service that allows you to search for train and bus transfers and see the optimal boarding position for transfers.

③ “Timetable display”
In addition to displaying timetables for all railways in Japan, timetables added to your favorites can be viewed 2 times from the current time.
This is a service that can display trains to Honsaki.

④ “Mobile Suica balance check [1]”
In addition to displaying the balance in cooperation with "Mobile Suica" provided by East Japan Railway Company, route guidance results are also displayed.
This service allows you to check whether your balance is insufficient by comparing the displayed transportation expenses.

⑤ “Transportation (taxi/share cycle) arrangement/payment”
This is a service that allows you to reserve and pay for taxis and shared bicycles from the app. For car sharing, you can also make reservations and payments by going to a partner site [2]. Please note that the transportation fee will be borne by the customer.

⑥ “Insurance claims linked to automobile insurance”
With our car insurance, if the customer is unable to use the contracted car due to an accident, and due to injury etc., the customer rents a car.
If you are unable to use public transportation, we will cover the cost of public transportation, etc. that you use as an alternative to renting a car.
This is a service that can be requested through NAMO. For transportation arrangements arranged by NAMO, please see the usage history list.
You can easily select a billing candidate from the list and bill our company.

⑦ “Icon settings”
By setting your favorite image as an icon for a destination, etc., the image will be displayed on the map when providing route guidance.
This service allows you to enjoy your travel even more.
