(7) TOSHIBA TEC does not guarantee the customer that the software conforms to or is useful for the specific purpose of the customer, or that the software is flawless, and that the software is otherwise nonexistent.
(8) TOSHIBA TEC does not assume any responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage, etc. arising in connection with the use of this software.
(9) Toshiba TEC is a direct or indirect loss related to the storage device, equipment, etc. storing the software, and the results of the use of the software, which are generated by the customer and other third parties using the software. In no case will you be liable for any damages, etc., and you shall not be liable for this.
(10) You may not export directly or indirectly all or part of the Software without the necessary permission from the Government of Japan or the Government of that country.
(11) Toshiba TEC may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement.
(12) The Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdictional court of the first trial if there is a need for litigation regarding this contract.
