The "Towa Bank App" allows you to open a regular savings account, change your address, open an investment trust account or NISA account, apply for internet banking, and apply for internet investment trusts.

[User Registration (Initial Registration)]
・To use the app, you will need to register one account that you primarily use.

*Please note that you cannot register multiple accounts.

・Only accounts for which a cash card has been issued can be used.

[How to Use the Regular Savings Account Opening/Internet Banking/Internet Investment Trust/Address Change Application Functions]
1. Launch the app and select the function you wish to use.
2. Follow the instructions and enter the required information.
3. Please review the information in step 2 and submit it.
4. You will receive an application confirmation email at the email address you entered.
5. After our bank's review is complete, we will send you a completion email regarding your application.
* Your cash card and customer card will be mailed separately via registered mail (no forwarding allowed) approximately 1-2 weeks after the completion of our bank's procedures.
* A passbook will not be issued.
* After receiving your application, we reserve the right to refuse account opening at our bank's discretion.
* The account opened will be a passbook-less ordinary deposit account. Simultaneous application for "Towa Bank Direct Service" will also be included.

[How to Use the Investment Trust Account/NISA Account Opening Function]
1. Launch the app and select Investment Trust/NISA Account Opening.
2. Follow the instructions and enter the required information.
3. Review the information in step 2 and submit it.
4. You will receive an application confirmation email at the email address you entered.

5. Please submit your My Number (Social Security Number) via the My Number submission button in the app.
6. After our bank's review is complete, we will send you a confirmation email regarding your application.
*Your investment trust login ID will be mailed to you by registered mail (non-forwardable) approximately 1-2 weeks after the completion of our bank's procedures.
*Your NISA account cannot be used until you receive confirmation from the relevant tax office that you are eligible to open a tax-exempt account.
*After receiving your application, we reserve the right to refuse to open an investment trust account or NISA account at our bank's discretion.
*"Internet investment trusts" are applied for simultaneously.
