At Watami no Takushoku, when delivering boxed lunches and side dishes, we handle more than 100 cases of emergency response every year, such as changes in the customer's physical condition.
In addition, we have received many letters of appreciation from various local governments. Until now, such services have been voluntarily developed.
However, the desire to provide peace of mind to customers and their relatives has led to the start of this service.
