業務日誌の介護記録に関する不具合を修正しました。

・日付変更時刻をまたぐ深夜の介護記録が日誌に反映されない問題を修正しました
・日誌の作成後に追加された介護記録を、「介護記録を再取得」ボタンで反映できるようになりました
・退去済みの入居者や入所前の入居者が集計対象に含まれる問題、ユニット移動で過去の日誌の内容が変わる問題を修正しました
・介護記録欄に件数を表示するようにし、記録がない場合は「記録なし」と明示するようにしました
