Ratings and reviews

As mentioned by others the verification process is extremely painful and very poorly explained. Customer service is also very much lacking.

Their verification system is a nightmare. I've been trying for months to verify my account without luck. The error messages are not informative and the UX in general of the verification process is really bad. The app itself is ok, but given that you have to be verified to do any transaction I'm giving it 1 star

4 weeks later, my account still not validated. They keep sending notifications that says images sent aren't clear. Faulty, unreliable, and very slow identity verification. Stupid app overall, not worth your time. There are better apps out there, like Line own crpyto app.
