It can be used at university co-ops (190 members) that are affiliated with the University Co-op Business Federation in the six regions of Hokkaido, Tohoku, Tokyo, Tokai, Kansai-Hokuriku, and Kyushu. For available university co-ops, search for "University Co-op Business Federation" and check. (Cannot be used at university co-ops located in the Chugoku-Shikoku area.)
