We're committed to our niboshi (dried sardines), crafting them with the same passion as climbing Mount Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan. This ramen features the ultimate niboshi (dried sardines) from Fujiyama in Aramachi, Sendai.

Enjoy our one-of-a-kind niboshi ramen, exploring the possibilities of niboshi. Made with the same broth as Sanuki udon, it uses soy sauce from Kagawa. We offer two flavors: medium-thick and light.
