[Main functions]
1. Unlock the bike of the bike share service.
2.You can see the number of bicycles and battery status at a glance.
3. Depending on the status (no reservation, reservation in progress, in use), you can immediately check the information required for riding (bicycle number, passcode).
4. After returning the bicycle, you can check the usage fee in the usage history.

*Debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used.

[How to use]
First, register as a member. Please register after installing the app.
*Pricing plans vary depending on the operator. Please check the service site for details.
*Payment method is credit card or Docomo payment. If you would like to pay with Docomo, please register using ``d Account'', and if you wish to pay with credit card, please register using ``Use with Bike Share Account''.


Find the cycle port you want to use and reserve your bike.
*If you register your card key or smartphone key from the account menu, you can unlock the bicycle by touching the panel after pressing the "START" or "Start" button. Please feel free to use it.
*Please check the remaining battery capacity as a guide.


・Please check the battery level, brake effectiveness, steering wheel condition, bell ringing, and tire pressure.
・Please adjust the height of the saddle and ride safely.


The bicycle at the port is locked.
Open the app, reserve your bike from the port details, or select your lock type from the "Unlock" menu, then start using it using the following methods:
*The unlocking method differs depending on the type of bicycle key.
1. For square locks: Press the "START" button on the bicycle control panel and enter the passcode (4 digits) used for reservation to unlock.
2. For round keys: Press the "Start" button on the bicycle control panel and read the QR code to unlock.
3. If using a registered card key (IC card) or smartphone key: Hold the card directly over the bicycle to borrow.


・Please check the return port on the app. (Please note that depending on the port, there may be restrictions on the number of bicycles parked, usage time restrictions, or closures.)
・Go to the cycle port, lock it manually and press the "ENTER" button on the bicycle control panel. .
・When you receive a return notification in the app, the return is complete. Please also check the usage history of the app.
・If you rent a device in Tokyo and return it in Yokohama or Kawasaki, you cannot use it interchangeably in the Tokyo area, Yokohama city, or Kawasaki city, so please return it within each area.

You can pay by credit card.
*Some carriers allow you to use d payment (combined payment of Docomo phone charges).

Ratings and reviews

App very easy to use. Was lucky it has English localization. Only problem is that despite saying you can use foreign (non-Japanese) phone number, there is a server error when doing so. Was very fortunate to have met a 7-11 employee that let me borrow their number for the one-time 2FA authentication needed for account setup. App tells you how many bikes are available at each station, and how many spaces left. Yes, you will be rushing to return bikes every 30 minutes, but can immediately reuse?

I tried to use your service with my existing account 2 days ago. I got a "login failed" error. I used the "Reissue Password" feature, and I received an email that confirmed my user and a temporary password. However, when I tried to use the temporary password I got the same error. I repeated the process multiple times, including just now again a few minutes ago, and the result is the same. There is no "help" or "contact us" section on the app. The one time I needed this, it doesn't work...

Unable to register a none JP number, we're from the UK, even though it says you can register international numbers and tried all combinations of mobile numbers e.g. with and without UK International DiallingCode +44, with just 44, with and without the leading zero of my mobile number. Very frustrating as no error message or help option so no way to rectify just no SMS received so unable to register
