This is an online window for administrative procedures such as child-rearing and nursing care. In addition to applications, we provide services such as confirmation of personal information held by administrative agencies and notifications from administrative agencies.
In order to use this application, you need an Individual Number card or an electronic certificate for smartphones.

Ratings and reviews

This app has a hard dependency on the Google Chrome browser rather than using Android System WebView. To me, this indicates that easy code was the priority during development rather than actual security best practices. Despite that, it requires DEVICE_INTEGRITY or above via the Play Integrity API. Completely unusable on GrapheneOS thanks to these implementation choices. Would not recommend.

Some translations are poorly done. It follows your device's UI language so there's no way to see the correct Japanese terms if your phone's language isn't in English. After scanning my card and entering my PIN, the screen tries to load a page in a webview, flickers, and fails to load the page. It's unfortunate that we have to entrust our personal information to companies like these.

This is a garbage app. Why should I be forced to upgrade to the latest version of Android just to use one app?! All my other apps, including banking apps work perfectly fine. What about people with older phones who cannot upgrade, they're out of luck? And from other reviews looks like this simply a wrapper for the website not even a proper app. Quite embarrassing on the developers part.
