About this app

This is an online window for administrative procedures such as child-rearing and nursing care. In addition to applications, we provide services such as confirmation of personal information held by administrative agencies and notifications from administrative agencies.
In order to use this application, you need an Individual Number card or an electronic certificate for smartphones.

Ratings and reviews

Tell your application development team to change the browser requirements from Chrome to Chromium. A lot of people use MS Edge instead of Chrome, and I use Brave. I don't remember how many times I was forced to use Big Tech to run their poorly designed apps in Japan and I now seriously doubt the level of information literacy of Japanese who are not able to have some common sense in digital life.

Please add an option to change display language. I use English as system language dosen't mean I want to see Japanese app in English as well. アプリの表示言語を変えられるようにしてください。

Some translations are poorly done. It follows your device's UI language so there's no way to see the correct Japanese terms if your phone's language isn't in English. After scanning my card and entering my PIN, the screen tries to load a page in a webview, flickers, and fails to load the page. It's unfortunate that we have to entrust our personal information to companies like these.
