Graffer electronic signature app is an app for identity verification using My Number Card.

■ What is an electronic signature?
An electronic signature is an identity verification using a My Number Card. After entering the necessary information for the application on the local government website, use this smartphone app to perform an electronic signature.

■ What you need to use
・My number card
・PIN (6 digits or more): The PIN (6 digits or more) for the signature electronic certificate is the 6 to 16 alphanumeric characters that you set when you received your My Number Card at the municipal office.

■ Electronic signature method
1. Enter your PIN (6 digits or more)
2. Read the IC chip on your My Number Card with your smartphone
3. Confirm the address and name in the IC chip of the My Number Card

■ Security
・ Personal information and My Number are not saved in the app

■ Recommended browser
This app is a service that performs an electronic signature after entering the required information on the website of the municipality. In order to successfully e-sign, you must use a recommended browser when filling out the municipality website.

■ If My Number Card cannot be read
Please try reading with the following steps.
1. Check your smartphone settings
Turn on Felica (Osaifu-Keitai) or NFC function. Please turn off airplane mode. Please stop charging.
2. Remove the smartphone case and cables
Remove cables such as earphones and chargers.
3. Find the NFC mark or Felica mark on the back of your smartphone
If you cannot find the NFC mark or Felica mark, check the reading position from "Card reading position by model (source: Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications)".

4. Place the My Number Card on the desk with the photo side up
Place it on a non-metal desk.

5. Align your My Number Card with your smartphone
Align the NFC mark and Felica mark on the back of the smartphone exactly in the center of the My Number card. If there is a gap between the My Number Card and the smartphone, or if the smartphone is moved, it cannot be read.
6. Reading completed in 20 to 30 seconds
If the position of the My Number Card moves even slightly, reading may stop halfway. Please reposition your My Number Card or try scanning again.
