About this app

GRASS is an app that allows you to check the availability of dog run spaces operated by GRASS in real time and use it to enter and exit procedures when visiting the store.

[What you can do with the GRASS app]
Available at GRASS stores that operate dog run spaces.

・Search for a GRASS store near your current location
・Check the availability of dog runs and visit directly without reservations
・When you visit the store, use the QR camera in the app to read the QR code installed at the front desk, select your plan, check in, and show the start of use to the front desk.
・When leaving the store, use the QR camera in the app to read the QR code installed at the front desk, check out, and show the end of use to the front desk.

You will be charged an hourly fee according to the plan agreed upon in advance, depending on the length of your stay.
*GRASS is a service where you can check availability and visit the store directly when you want to use it. Please note that the reservation function is currently not available.
