Guest Note is a guest register management service for short-term rentals, guesthouses, and inns.

Share an input form with guests and instantly check the submitted register information from the app. It supports push notifications upon submission, check-in schedules, guest register viewing by facility, passport image verification, and CSV export.

・Manage guest register forms: Create guest register forms for each facility and share them with guests via URL links or QR codes.

・Push notifications for register submission: Receive notifications in the app when guests submit their registers. This makes it easier to notice submission status, even in situations where emails are easily overlooked.

・Check check-in schedules: Check check-in schedules for today, tomorrow, and beyond, and review submitted registers on your device.

・Check passport images and accompanying person information: View necessary information for guest registers, such as passport images, accompanying person information, address, and occupation for foreign guests.

* Multilingual Form Support: Supports guidance in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Designed with input from mainland China in mind.

* Facility-Specific Management: Organizes guest lists for multiple facilities by location. Designed for ease of use in vacation rental management and managing multiple properties.

* Collection of Chinese Guest Information: Even information from Chinese guests who cannot access Google Forms can be consistently collected using the same form.

* CSV Output: Supports viewing CSV files for analysis and storage, and data for periodic reports. Streamlines the management, storage, and submission preparation of guest lists.
