Ratings and reviews

Catalog is very boring and did not have many titles I am interested in. Very little US content is available in English. And no Japanese content has English subtitles. There are better places to watch movies and TV if you are not fluent in Japanese and much better places for me to find content I actually enjoy watching.

I got Hulu I paid first it. Cancelled my subscription which was extra complicated compared to other apps. We are suppose to have the watch time left but they logged us out of all accounts with errors and long loading times to get back. Just points to one thing, dishonest company who hate their clients.

Crazy flaws with progress tracking and app navigation. And sketchy bilingual features - unforgivable today. My second 1 star review for Hulu - who is apparently not listening to reviews. EDIT: 2 years later - I don't know HOW, but the app has actually become worse - what a mess. If not for the sporadic good content I would quit.
