What the App Does:
Surveys that Look Like Webpages: Instead of rigid forms, we prepare customized surveys by the requirements. They're created using flexible web technology (like how a website is built) and can include anything: text, pictures, videos, and even interactive parts. Your app acts like a special web browser, showing these rich, custom-made surveys exactly as intended. This means you don't need to update the app every time a survey changes.

Works Anywhere, Even Offline:
Saving on Your Device: Before a team member goes to an area without internet, the app can download and store all the necessary survey questions and materials right onto their phone or tablet. This way, they can complete surveys fully offline, just like filling out a paper form, but digitally. All their answers are saved securely inside the device, waiting.

Sharing Data Directly (Like Passing Notes): This is where your app gets really clever. When multiple team members are working together but still don't have internet, their devices can connect directly to each other using their built-in Wi-Fi, without needing a router or internet connection. Think of it like they're "passing notes" to each other. If one team member has finished a survey and another hasn't, they can share their completed work or even new surveys directly between their devices. This means all the survey answers from a group can be collected onto just one device, even if no one has internet.

One Leader Sends Data to the Internet:
Among the team's devices, one device acts as the "group leader" for data. This leader collects all the survey responses from its own work and from what other team members shared directly with it.

When this "group leader" device finally gets internet access (e.g., goes back to the office, finds a Wi-Fi hotspot), it automatically sends all the collected survey results, securely, up to your main system (the "backend" server). This ensures all data eventually makes it to where supervisors can review it.

Ensuring Everything Arrives: We need to make sure that all survey answers eventually make it from the individual devices, through the "group leader," and successfully to your main system, even if there are temporary internet hiccups.
