Can someone teach on how to use this? And what are those numbers below the video??? I love j pop and thats why i download this

They get all their videos from YouTube who is now dictating what people can listen to. It's ok to listen to the short versions of most songs and very few full versions but as long as you live in the west, the music from the east is no longer avaliable to you. I wish they got their music from another source or it would be 5 stars.
