Obsidian:Rose: Otome Sequel ― Story
Obsidian:Rose is a choice-based otome visual novel set in Tokyo's visual kei scene, with three love interests and multiple endings. You're the band's manager and their Muse, and your choices decide what you uncover, who you grow closest to, and whether Obsidian:Rose survives.
Synopsis
You led Japan's hottest visual kei band, Obsidian:Rose, through a triumphant world tour. Then something happened during the final show in New York, and a gap opened between you and the members who once felt so close.
Behind every practiced smile, the bond you built is cracking.
A mysterious letter arrives, its ink fading as you read it. A power of resonance stirs inside you, and it isn't answering to you anymore. Back in Tokyo, you have no idea whether what's waiting is a fresh start or the end.
Determined to put the band back together, you're promoted to full-time manager and take your first real step forward: intimate livestream shows, meant to rebuild the trust you've lost.
But as the bond with the boys slowly mends, unsettling whispers start surfacing. About a former bandmate named Takeru who vanished. About rumors that echo a rival from long ago. Dark Rising. Swan Song.
The whispers are only the beginning of a truth buried deep inside the band, and inside you.
Behind the stage lights is a secret worth uncovering, and three men whose feelings for you are far from settled. This time, as manager and as their Muse, the path forward is yours to choose.
It's time to bring the light back to Tokyo Dome.
Characters
Kazuki — vocalist
The face of the band, a frontman whose raw charisma takes hold of every crowd he faces. Beneath that magnetism is the most volatile power any of them carry. Torn between longing and resentment, he slowly begins letting his guard down around you, because you're the only one who can hold the weight of what he's carrying.
That closeness doesn't come without pain.
Renji — guitarist
A perfectionist who has always met the music with unwavering discipline. Behind the composure is a loneliness he's never shown anyone. There's a tempting solo offer on the table, and a great deal left unsaid.
What is he actually trying to protect? Little by little, you start noticing the unguarded side of him that only ever appears around you.
Hikaru — drummer
The easygoing, playful heart of the group. Behind the grin is a worry he can't quite bring himself to voice. The small, ordinary moments the two of you share become something he quietly starts to depend on, and every so often a flash of real seriousness in his eyes catches you completely off guard.
Otome visual novel: rebuild the band as their manager and their Muse.
