Irresponsible app. I lost my ¥6000 using online payment in this app. Paid with my debit mastercard so the money has already been taken from my account. On the day when he should deliver my order, the seller suddenly cancel it. My money hasn't come back. I have asked the app support service to refund my money sooo many times but they could only make me wait and insisted that the money has been refunded. The other day they wanted me to ask my bank company but they couldn't help either.

Easy-to-use in terms of posting stuff, less tedious than Mercari. The Android app UI is not fancy but still looks organized. My main complaint is the navigation for messaging in the Android app. Since messaging is the main method for arranging and executing transactions, there should be a link to the messages for an item from the item's page (like in Mercari), instead of going through a side drop-down menu to find those messages. 5 stars from me if this feature is added.

It's indeed effective, especially the first days your articles get promoted and you will receive many offers. Sometimes I feel like you need to do many taps for simple actions. Overall useful and trustful.
