NorthStep is an app that integrates performance evaluation and shift management for restaurants.

Staff can always check what they need to improve next.

By standardizing items, levels, and point allocations across all stores, employees are evaluated using the same criteria regardless of their location.

■ Monthly records contribute to year-end evaluations

Evaluations only once every six months rely on memory.

Monthly evaluations allow for daily records to be compiled, enabling discussions based on accumulated data at the end of the year.

■ Eliminate the need for monthly shift calculations

By eliminating paper and chat-based communication, the entire process from request submission to confirmation can be completed within the app.
