About this app

“Cleaning COCO” is an official app for “Cleaning COCO” that allows you to apply for collection / delivery of cleaning and application for rental futon.

By associating with WEB member registration information when logging in for the first time, it is an application that allows you to easily apply for collection home delivery without having to input information such as address and name each time. You can also check the information of the advantageous services only for members from the app.

The “Cleaning COCO” delivery area is mainly in Sapporo, Hokkaido. Please check the details on the “delivery area” (https://www.cleaningcoco.jp/user_data/collection.php) in the “Cleaning COCO” website. Please note that delivery to other areas is not possible.

◆ Application for home delivery
You can apply for a collection and delivery home delivery reservation at any time.
* Applications made outside business hours will be confirmed the next business day.
* You cannot specify a delivery date for collection on closed days.
Closed: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays / New Year holidays, Obon

◆ Application for futon
You can apply for a “futon” up to two business days before the scheduled date of use. You can apply as a set or as a single item.
* Applications made outside business hours will be confirmed the next business day.
* You cannot specify a delivery date for collection on closed days.

◆ Information
You can check the deals delivered from Cleaning COCO.

◆ Member information change
You can change the registered member information.
The contents of the member information change on the app will be automatically linked to the WEB member information and changed.

▼ How to log in to the app for the first time

◆ For cleaning COCO WEB members ◆
Just enter the e-mail address and password that you used to register as a WEB member on the first screen of the app and press the “Login” button. Linking with WEB member information is complete, and the second and subsequent entries are not required.

◆ Those who have not yet completed WEB membership registration ◆
Tap the “Member Registration” button at the bottom of the app first screen.
↓
On the WEB member registration screen of “Cleaning COCO”, follow the procedure for WEB member registration, return to the TOP of the application, enter the registered email address and password, and press the “Login” button to complete the first login.
