About this app

``Tsuno Coin App'' is an app that allows you to use electronic money (local currency) and local points that can be used at member stores in Tsuno Town using your smartphone. The purpose is to encourage local consumption and revitalize the region.
With the Tsuno Coin App, you can earn and use points using the app. It is also equipped with features unique to the app, such as a notification function that allows you to receive information from the government and member stores.


You can earn points by shopping at stores, participating in events and volunteer activities, etc. You can also enter a lottery to win points by using the treasure keys that you can get by watching video advertisements in healthcare or video viewing quests. In some cases, points are awarded based on survey responses.


The points you save can be used for shopping at member stores (1P = 1 yen).

[How to use at member stores]
① Read the QR code at the store
② Enter the number of points to use
③ Show the “Payment Completed” screen to the store staff




[Notification function]
・You can check notifications distributed by the government and member stores.

[Member store search function]
・You can narrow down your search by area or genre.
・You can check the location of the store on the map.

【Healthcare】
-You can receive a treasure key by watching advertisement videos according to the number of steps you take in a day.

[Video viewing quest]
・In video viewing quests, you can receive treasure keys by watching video advertisements.

[Treasure Box Challenge]
・You can use the treasure keys you have acquired to enter a lottery where you can win points.

[Survey function]
-Some questionnaires give you points for answering them.

【Notes】
-This app cannot be used if you cannot connect to the internet.
-Using this app requires communication traffic.
・Keys accumulated through video viewing quests will be given to a maximum of 3 videos per day.
・The keys accumulated through Machinaka Quest are limited to one per day per location. For example, if you check in at 3 locations, you will receive 3 tickets.
- When taking a survey, be sure to check the number of points that will be awarded before responding. (Some surveys do not give points.)
・Points used for point lottery, point exchange, point support, and product exchange will be immediately deducted and cannot be returned. Please be sure to check before using.
・If you change your smartphone model, please install the app on the new device and log in using the email address and password you used before changing the model. Once authenticated, you can transfer it to a new device. (Points will also be carried over.)
・If you change your phone number due to a model change while SMS authentication is set, you may not be able to log in to the app on the new device. If you wish to change your phone number, please be sure to cancel 2-step verification on your old device by following the steps: ＜Menu → Security → SMS Authentication → 2-Step Authentication＞.
- If you start other apps at the same time, the memory capacity will increase and it may not work properly.
- Although the security of this app is sufficiently maintained, in order to make it easier to use, we do not perform authentication every time you open the app. Please manage your security by setting a lock screen on your mobile phone as necessary.
・For some devices, it may not work even if the supported OS version is higher than the supported OS version.
