About this app

You can check the progress of projects, register photos, and communicate with stakeholders from the site. There's no need to re-enter information after returning to the office.

【Project Management】
- Easily view "Requires Action," "Today's Schedule," and "Overdue" on the dashboard

- Register and edit new projects
- Register progress, rejections, and withdrawals in the process (workflow)

【TODO & Schedule】
- Create TODOs for each project, assign responsibilities, and register completion
- View TODO deadlines and project confirmation deadlines together on the calendar

【Photo Reporting】
- Upload photos by taking them on the spot or selecting from the gallery
- Create report rows with before/after photos side-by-side
- Download registered photos in bulk

【Quotation】
- Create, edit, share, and finalize quotations
- Tree-line input of categories and details, automatic calculation of amounts
- Supports tenant/landlord/self-funding ratios
- Preview and print quotations (A4 landscape/A4 portrait)

【Comments】
- 4 comments from internal staff, management company, guest, and cooperating construction company Supports various types of communication:
- Mentions, read receipt management, and registration of predefined phrases
- New comments are notified via push notifications

[File/Equipment Check]
- Upload and view shared files (separated by recipient)
- Input and PDF output of indoor equipment checklists

[Business Partners]
- Apply for, approve, and manage contacts (business partners)
- Manage guests and collaborating construction companies, and create purchase orders

■ Usage Requirements

- A MORENNA contract and a construction company account are required to use this app.
- New accounts cannot be created within the app. Accounts are issued by the administrator of your contracted company.
- Entered data is shared with the web version of MORENNA. You can view the same projects from both your computer and the app.

■ Permissions

- Camera/Photos: Used to register site photos. Only photos selected by the user will be uploaded.
- Notifications: Used to notify you of new comments and project progress.

We do not acquire location information, display advertisements, or track users for advertising purposes.
