Overview：
Mountain Ticket is an app that allows you to charge tickets—exchangeable for a wide range of activities and services available in Hakuba Village, Nozawa Onsen Village, and Otari Village—directly onto your lift pass card.

Your lift pass card continues to function as usual, while also serving as a convenient ticket holder. Since you always carry your lift pass card at ski resorts, there is no need to worry about smartphone battery life or to remove your goggles and gloves to unlock and show your phone screen.

Available Tickets：
When you open the app, a list of tickets available for purchase is displayed. These tickets can be exchanged for various services at ski resorts. By tapping on a ticket, you can view detailed information including, Services included, How to use the ticket,Important notes.

How to Charge Tickets：
1. Launch the app and select a ticket and the intended date of use from the available ticket list.
2. Tap “Scan Lift Pass Card” and hold your lift pass card close to your device.
3. The card number (the 23-digit number printed on the front of the card) will appear on the screen, linking the ticket to your lift pass card.
4.Enter the required customer information and complete payment by credit card.
5. Once payment is completed, the ticket is successfully loaded onto your lift pass card.

How to Check Charged Tickets：
1. Launch the app and select the “Check Charged Tickets” menu.
2. Tap “Scan Lift Pass Card” and hold the lift pass card you wish to check close to your device.
3. The tickets loaded onto that card will be displayed on the screen.

How to Use Tickets：
Present the lift pass card with loaded tickets to resort staff and have it scanned.
If multiple tickets are available for use on the same day, please inform the staff which ticket you would like to use.
Usage instructions vary by ticket, so be sure to follow the directions provided in the “How to Use” section for each ticket.

Only the lift pass card is required at the time of use. The smartphone used for loading tickets is not needed.

When Tickets Can Be Charged：
Tickets can be loaded at any time during their sales period.
Please note that the number of tickets available per date is limited, and tickets may sell out.
Tickets can only be used on the specified date of use.

Mountain Ticket is designed specifically for use at ski resorts. In these environments, unlocking a smartphone while wearing gloves and goggles can be inconvenient, battery consumption tends to be high, and network conditions are often unstable—making on-screen digital tickets difficult to use.
