By registering the caller's number in your call history, you can easily identify the caller. You can call the caller directly from the call history using the settings function. (You can also set a speed dial icon in HOTLINE+.)

For support during video calls, you can use chat, controlled with your TV remote.

HOTLINE TV automatically adjusts video quality to the highest possible level based on your available bandwidth.
