[App Overview]
This is a dedicated device app for the "All-sighte System" that uses GPS location information to easily upload photos and videos to a map with comments.
Uploaded information can be easily viewed, searched, and edited from map view or list view.
In addition, you can receive assembly notices and messages sent by administrators during disasters and other emergencies, and easily reply to them.
The newly added "Inspection Function" allows you to conduct inspections on-site using pre-created input forms, smoothly share results, and easily merge printouts into existing reports.
Terms of Use: This app is only available to users with an All-sighte System authentication ID.
[App Features]
1. Photo Location Registration
Easily place photo pins on map locations using GPS location information.
2. Photo Upload
You can upload photos and videos taken with your camera, as well as photos from your camera roll, with comments to registered photo locations.
3. Photo Viewing
Uploaded photos and comments can be easily viewed and located on a map or in a list.
4. Photo Search
Search for photos by criteria such as photo date, user, and comments to efficiently view only the information you need.
5. Editing Registered Information
Registered photo locations, photos, and comments can be easily edited from within the app.
1. BCP Function
Receive assembly notifications from administrators in the event of a disaster, and easily reply with available assembly times and circumstances.
2. Messaging Function
Receive messages from administrators and easily respond.
3. Administrator Instructions
Administrators can send instructions to members regarding photo locations on the map.
4. Instant Notification Function
Photographed and registered data can be instantly shared with group members, and information can be delivered via push notifications.
1. Creating Input Forms
Easily create input forms by placing various input components in the web management screen.
2. Report Definition
Define where data from the input form will be displayed in an existing report (Excel sheet).
3. Inspection Input
Select an inspection form in the app to register and report inspection items.
Inspections are easy to perform, and you can save them as drafts and resume work midway through.
4. Inspection Result Sharing
Registered inspection results are shared with project members.
5. Report Merge
Inspection result data registered on-site can be merged and printed into existing reports. Two output formats are available: Excel (.XLS) and PDF (.PDF).
1. Guest User Support
Create view-only guest users and make any map information publicly available.
2. Tracking Function (New Feature)
When tracking is initiated in the app, users' location information can be displayed in real time on the admin screen. Traffic congestion information can also be displayed on the map.
3. Like Function
Rating viewed data with a "Like" (guest users are also allowed). The number of likes is aggregated, allowing administrators to understand reactions, including viewer information.
