"Pixel Art Maker" is a drawing tool for pixel art like a retro game.

Ratings and reviews

It's good, it runs smoothly and doesn't have popup ads that block the screen, allows for a very wide range of different colors, making animations is pretty easy, although changing the fps is kinda confusing. You can change the size of the canvas easily. Overall I have had my expectations of this app blown out of the water and I have very little complaints. Although there is a wide range of colors, it would be excellent if more slots for colors were added for making more sophisticated artworks.

This is probably the best and easiest mobile pixel art app! One problem, there's no way to select multiple pixels. So if you're making a bunch of characters, and you accidentally make a character slightly to the left from what you wanted, you have to remake that character. Add a way to select multiple pixels, and I give it a better rating.

although the app is great for small projects, I found it a little disappointing that you can't change the size of your drawing. I wish that a feature for that could be added in the future. as far as pixelating a photo from my gallery goes, I found that part to work very well, and I think that's the only reason I gave this more than three stars.
