・Peace of mind in emergencies! Even when phone lines are busy, you can call roadside assistance via the app.

・If you experience car trouble while out and about, such as a dead battery or a flat tire, this app is your solution.

【Notes on Use】
・This app requires registration and login of your JAF login ID and password.

・Allowing location information will make it easier to use discount searches and roadside assistance.

・Continuously running the location information function may increase battery power consumption.

・If "Precise Location Information" is turned OFF, some functions may have difficulty determining your current location.

・This is an application for JAF members.

・This app is designed for Android 7 and later.

・For inquiries regarding OS updates, please contact the manufacturer or mobile carrier.

・The digital membership card screen may not display correctly, such as being misaligned, on tablet devices.

・If a problem occurs, updating the app or deleting and reinstalling the currently installed app may resolve the issue.

・After updating to the latest OS, some app download and display operations may be unstable.

Please note that we will be releasing compatible apps sequentially.

* Downloading and using the app will incur communication charges, which will be borne by the user.

* If you are using a security app that blocks ads and protects your privacy, you may not be able to log in.

[If you are unable to update the app or if it crashes]

Please try the following:

* Try restarting your smartphone.

* Check the available storage space on your smartphone.

* Delete the app you are currently installing and reinstall it.

* Check your network connection. If you do not have a stable network connection, the app may not be able to install.

Please try installing again after some time.

Ratings and reviews

No idea if the app is any good. JAF apparently give support in English language. NOT in this app. Everything in Japanese. Setting up the app, you need a good password. All good, but it won't allow pasting of passwords from Password Managers. WTH! Trying to log on to the JAF My Page pushes you out of the app in to a browser and so far I've been unable to log in. As a gaijin the app is pretty much useless. From a security point of view, it is dreadful as it encourages use of simple passwords.

It would be really great if you can please launch an English version of JAF mobile application to make foreigners be able to use to the fullest of its services. Currently I am unable to use the app properly because of Japanese language version. Please consider a language update. Thank you.

Picked JAF as it is supposed to have English language support. Well... the app doesn't. From what I can see the app is merely a way to serve ads to you. Unfortunately the app seems pointless.
