picmi is a camera app where you and your friends pick photos to fill a grid, doodle with pens and stickers, and complete a single keepsake collage. No complicated editing — just add photos and decorate together.

■ Auto-layout grid
The grid lays out automatically based on the number of photos (2, 3, 4, 9, or 16). Up to 16 photos. Empty cells show as soft placeholders.

■ Photo of the Week
Every Sunday evening, the photos you added that week come together as one poster: your most-doodled photo as a polaroid, the rest as cut-out stickers, plus the week’s dates and a day strip. Share it as a Story (9:16) with one tap.

■ REPLAY
Spin the dial back through your camera roll. Import any photo straight into picmi to doodle on it. Your photos never leave your device — only the one you import is saved.
■ Doodle together, in real time
Decorate on top of your photos with pen, text, emoji, and stickers. Doodles sync in real time, so you can create with friends anywhere. You can't erase others' doodles, so everyone's work stays safe.

■ AI doodle (Premium)
Let AI draw illustrations and decorations to match your photo — cute results with a single trace.

■ Finish and share
Once the grid is full, save and share it as a single image — photo, collage, or scrapbook. Send it to a friend and they can add their own doodles to the same photo.

How it works
1. Sign in with Google
2. Create an album and add photos (shoot on the spot or import from your camera roll)
3. Invite friends by QR or link and doodle together
4. Export the finished collage to save and share

Pricing
- Free: shooting, the grid, collaborative editing, QR join, and export are all free, with no limit on albums or participants. Doodle with 5 pen colors and text.
- picmi Premium (monthly): all doodle tools, AI doodle (10/month), full-resolution save and high-res export, and unlimited re-editing of old albums.
Note: On the free tier, original photos of an album inactive for ~45 days after the last edit may be deleted (finished/exported images remain). We notify you ~7 days before.
