Ratings and reviews

A complete Japan address can't be entered into this app. Once you've entered the 'chome' it won't take a house or apartment number in it. The driver would have no idea where to go! So delivery orders are not possible. Works for pick-up orders ONLY. Order Dominoes instead for delivery. Their app works. Need to fix this, guys! You're losing a lot of money because of this. I prefer your pizza, but in cold weather won't walk to your store to get it.

Forces you to order from a specific shop near you even if that shop is SOLD OUT of what you want. Does not allow cancellation of an order, even if it's a reservation order made 12+ hours in advance. There is literally no way to cancel unless you call the shop and if they're already closed they will say it's "your miss" and charge you anyway.

Pretty good overall, easy to use once you have your address set up. Getting to the coupons can be a bit clunky and often kicks you back to the main menu when you're trying to go back to the food menu but otherwise pretty easy to deal with 😊
