About this app

"ProActive Mobile for On-premises" is a smartphone application for customers who are using the cloud ERP "ProActive" provided by SCSK Corporation under an on-premises contract.
If you are using a SaaS contract, please use another application "ProActive Mobile".
By using this app, you can also use expense reimbursement from your smartphone.

■ Expense application / settlement registration
Apply for and register for various expenses such as transportation expenses, business trip expenses, and expenses for advance purchase.
It is possible to create an expense settlement slip based on the information acquired by the AI ​​receipt reading function and the transportation IC card reading function.

■ Approval registration
Approve various slips including expense application and settlement. Similar to ProActive used on a PC, you can check and approve the applicant's registration details and voucher data on your smartphone.

■ Voucher registration
By taking a picture of the receipt with a smartphone and registering information such as "date", "amount", and "company", the settlement details data is automatically created.
It is possible to create an expense reimbursement slip from the created reimbursement details.

-AI receipt reading function (optional)
By deep learning, necessary information such as the date such as receipts read with high accuracy by AI-OCR, total amount, payee is converted to text, and expense settlement details are automatically created.
Because of the AI-OCR specialized for reading receipts, it achieves high accuracy with a recognition rate of 95% or more.
It is possible to read with high accuracy even for handwritten receipts, which have been considered difficult to improve reading accuracy.
AI checks the date, amount, and payee of the receipt taken, and displays the reading reliability of AI for each item as a percentage.
The accounting department can utilize the reliability information judged by AI for determining the necessity of detailed confirmation, etc., so it supports the efficiency of confirmation work.

■ Transportation IC card reading function
By reading the transportation IC card (Suica / PASMO, etc.) with a smartphone, the settlement statement data is automatically created.
