■Application Details
[Opening an Investment Trust Account]
You can apply to open an "Investment Trust Account" or "Specified Account (with withholding tax)."

[Notifying Your My Number]
You can notify your My Number.
*This app is available to customers who need to notify their My Number. Our bank will provide instructions to customers who need to notify us.

■Eligible Users
Individual customers who meet all of the following conditions:

[Opening an Investment Trust Account]
- Adults under the age of 70 who hold a regular savings account (including general accounts) with our bank (business accounts are not eligible).
- Those with an Internet banking contract for their designated deposit account.
- Those with a My Number card (or a valid driver's license and notification card issued in Japan).
- Those opening an investment trust account with our bank for the first time.
・ Those who do not have business loans with our bank.

[Provision of My Number]
・ Those aged 18 or older who have not registered their My Number with our bank (registration is required for each branch).
・ Those who have a My Number Card (or a valid driver's license and notification card issued in Japan).
*If there are changes to the information on your notification card (such as your name or address) after May 25, 2020, it cannot be used to register your My Number.

■Usage
This app will not be accepted in the following cases, so please complete the process at an Ikeda Senshu Bank counter (in-store).
・Those whose My Number Card has expired or who have not completed the address or name change procedures.
・Those whose name on their My Number Card or other document contains alphabetic characters or a middle name.
・Foreign nationals without permanent residence permit, etc.
