About this app

"KomaPay" is the app for the premium electronic gift certificate program implemented by Komaki City.

After downloading the app and registering as a member, you can use it for cashless payments anytime, anywhere by charging it at a designated venue.

*Please note that it can only be used at participating stores in Komaki City that accept electronic gift certificates.

*Charging is only available to those who have made a reservation in advance through the reservation website. You will need to bring your "Reservation Exchange Postcard" to the designated venue.


Electronic gift certificates will be charged to this app at the designated venue.

*Please be sure to bring your "Reservation Exchange Postcard" to the designated venue.


By scanning the QR code at the store using this app and entering the payment amount (enter the amount for each type of gift certificate), you can make payments with just your smartphone.


*Please read this before downloading the app.

*This app requires an internet connection, and communication charges will apply. It cannot be used without an internet connection.

* Emails will be sent from komaki-shouhinken.jp; please allow emails from this address.

* This app can only be used at participating merchants; please confirm before use.

* If you change your smartphone, please log in using the email address and password you used before the change.

Tap "Change Email Address" in the bottom menu, enter your new email address, and tap the "Register" button.

A verification code will be sent to your new email address; please complete registration using this code.

* There is no function to transfer funds between users using the balance charged to the app.

* The balance in this app cannot be converted to cash.
