About this app

This app works with SkySign®, a cloud-based electronic contract service provided by Skycom, and allows you to electronically sign by simply swiping your My Number card.
When you receive a signature request using your My Number card from "SkySign®", please install this app (free).

■Things required for use
・My number card
・Electronic certificate PIN number for signature
*This is a 6-16 digit alphanumeric code set by your local government office.

This app is available for free.

■Electronic signature process

1. Open the signature confirmation request email and start the agreement procedure.
2. Check the contents of documents such as contracts.
3. Launch this app, read the two-dimensional barcode displayed on your PC browser (or enter the 8-digit link code), and link "SkySign®" and this app.
4. Hold up your My Number Card and enter the password for your electronic certificate.
5.Completion of electronic signature using My Number Card.

4. Hold your My Number card over your smartphone and enter the password for your electronic certificate.

■Security
The face information stored on the My Number Card and the electronic signature certificate will be saved on our server.
Personal information and My Number are not saved within the app.
*As a company certified by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications for public personal authentication services, our company is permitted to verify and store the above certificates.

This is a cloud-based electronic contract service that satisfies the requirements of Articles 2 and 3 of the Electronic Signature Act and enables highly reliable electronic signatures between parties. Instead of a paper contract, which was previously exchanged on paper, the conclusion of a contract*2 is completed by signing an electronic signature*1 on the contract data (PDF file) uploaded to the cloud using an electronic certificate issued by a third-party organization such as a certification authority owned by both parties.
By using this service, you can obtain various benefits such as shortening the lead time until contract conclusion, reducing work burden, and reducing costs.

*1 We also support witness-type electronic signatures that allow both parties to conclude a contract without obtaining electronic certificates.
*2 Contracted parties can use SkySign® without registering an account or undergoing pre-authentication procedures.
