About this app

"Tonton Reception" is a cloud-based reception system that automates office reception operations with a single tablet.

It provides a simple and easy-to-use reception terminal that eliminates the need for internal telephones, allowing visitors to directly call the appropriate person.

■ Main Features

・One-tap transfer: Visitors simply select the appropriate person from the buttons on the screen, and a notification is sent to the person via email, Microsoft Teams, or Slack.

・Easy person management with Excel: The person list can be imported from an Excel file. Different people can be set for each branch office.

・Screen saver support: Company logos and product introduction images/videos can be displayed while waiting.

・Supports multiple branch offices: One management account can centrally manage reception terminals for multiple offices and branch offices.

・Web-based reception record viewing: Visitor history (who visited and when) can be viewed and exported at any time from the management screen.

・Optional visitor information input: It is possible to skip entering company name and visitor name and simply "call" the person.

1. Register an account and add a device on the management screen (Web)
2. Enter the displayed pairing code into this app
3. Upload the staff list in Excel
4. Install as a reception terminal → Start operation
