This is a horror game in which the player acts as a "viewer" and watches the "Live Stream from Inshu Village" performed by new VTuber "Tatari Mitako" (CV: Hirao Natsua).
On the game screen, you can see the VTuber "Tatari Mitako", the village where she is streaming, and the video comments that flow in real time.
While the player basically just watches the stream, by choosing from the options of comments that appear from time to time, the player can interact with Mitako and change the flow of the comments section, thereby indirectly participating in the stream.
