This is a dedicated app for use with the WHILL Model C2/F/R Series
With this app, you can:
· Remotely control your WHILL device
· Check the remaining driving range and the odometer of your WHILL device
· Adjust speed settings of the WHILL device

Ratings and reviews

Reliability should be the top priority for mobility equipment. This new app is no longer reliable, rendering it useless. Connection drops, sometimes unable to unlock the chair, the reconnect button is often invisible. Many many issues. (The previous app wasn't exactly perfect either, but at least the connection was reliable).

since they changed it I dont like it as much, but it's OK if anyone really needs it..but honestly, senior citizens are the largest segment of the market and they don't care about it,other than It's "cool" to see it work. it would be more valuable to an older person to have a charging port in the joystick.

Can't hold a connection for more than a few seconds. Not long enough to change mode. Restart app, power on chair - no combination allows a connection. Spamming the reconnect button _sometimes_ works.
