With this app, you can:
· Remotely control your WHILL device
· Check the remaining driving range and the odometer of your WHILL device
· Adjust speed settings of the WHILL device

Ratings and reviews

Every single update, they make this app worse. When I purchased my chair, the app worked over Bluetooth alone. Then they added an internet-based login paywall that prevents me from driving my chair remotely in locations with no internet. Now, in the latest version of the app, they are requiring my precise location. No new functionality, but every single update is asking for more personal information. If I didn't rely on my chair for daily mobility, I would uninstall, but there is no alternative.

Reliability should be the top priority for mobility equipment. This new app is no longer reliable, rendering it useless. Connection drops, sometimes unable to unlock the chair, the reconnect button is often invisible. Many many issues. (The previous app wasn't exactly perfect either, but at least the connection was reliable).

it will never update my C2 firmware. this has been happening for over 2 months. if you cannot support your products stop selling them. especially since your line of business has to do with people in need.
