About this app

WOLFS is a matching app for gay and bi men. Find people nearby by approximate distance and meet friends, drinking buddies, dates, or a partner.
Your exact location is never shown to others. Hiding your distance, blocking, reporting, and other privacy and safety features are free.

For men 18 or older in Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Registration requires SMS verification with a Japan, Hong Kong, or Taiwan mobile number.

■ Location privacy
• Others see only an approximate distance, like "About 3 km." No exact location or map.
• Your coordinates are never sent to other users. Locations are rounded to about 100 m when stored, and shown distances use a shifted position (off by up to about 2 km).
• If you're both within about 1 km with "Show close distances" on, you see 100 m steps (e.g. "Within 100 m"). Turn it off anytime; we recommend off near home or work.
• Locations from location-changing tools are not accepted (not every case can be detected).

■ Free privacy features
• Don't show distance / Don't show me in Nearby
• Close distances on or off
• Hide read receipts, typing, and notification text
• App lock (fingerprint / face recognition / passcode)
• Auto-hide older posts
• Block and report
• No screenshots of others' profiles, Timeline, or chats (another device's camera can't be blocked)

■ Against solicitors and minors
• People under 18 cannot register. Accounts suspected of being under 18 are suspended until age is verified with an official ID.
• Profile and post photos are reviewed before publishing. Messages with prohibited words are not delivered.
• Report solicitation, scams, harassment, or impersonation from any profile, post, or chat. The WOLFS Team reviews reports daily, including weekends and holidays. Accounts reported by several people for suspected minors, solicitation, or scams are auto-suspended until reviewed.

■ Main features
• Nearby: Browse gay and bi men near you. Filter by online status, age, body type, height, weight, and arm pillow, or by your "Your type" (all free).
• Wolf / Rabbit: Pick your Side. Its icon shows on your profile, Nearby, and posts (once per 30 days).
• Likes and Visitors: See who liked you and who viewed your profile (latest 100).
• Friend code: Swap a code, link, or QR code to become mutual likes.
• Chat: One-on-one messages and photos.
• Posts and Timeline: Up to 300 characters and 4 photos per post. Choose who sees each post (everyone / people you liked / mutual likes). Like and Cheer counts are visible; who pressed them is not. Posts are not on the web.
• Profile: Bio, body, what you're looking for, your type, hobby tags, drinking and smoking (20+ only), work, and more.
• App icon: Rabbit and Wolf designs (free).

■ No tracking
No external ad networks or tracking. The Timeline may show labeled ads from advertisers who contract directly with the WOLFS Team; we don't give your data to advertisers.

■ WOLFS Premium (optional)
An auto-renewing subscription. The main differences:
• Block by type: block everyone outside your conditions (body type, age, height, weight)
• Blue Wolf/Rabbit mark (can be turned off)
• Pull to refresh "Nearby" on the Timeline for new nearby posts
• No sponsored ads on the Timeline
• Jump: see people around a place on the map (Japan only; up to 10 new places per hour)
• Clone: place one clone of yourself where you jumped
Message limits are the same. Some discounts and campaigns are Japan only.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• It renews automatically unless you cancel. Cancel anytime in "Payments & subscriptions" in Google Play.

■ Before you start
• WOLFS is a community for gay and bi men to connect as friends and partners. Sexual solicitation, meeting for money, and obscene images are prohibited by our Terms of Use.
• When meeting for the first time, choose a busy place and tell someone you trust.
