I enjoy having news and weather 24/7.

I got this app for the weather radar, which is great. I like the news too, except for one big thing. When I get a notification for a news story and click it, I simply go to the home page of the app with NO way to find the story I wanted to read. It's frustrating. I've turned off notifications, but I'd really like to keep them on and keep up with news. I'm no developer, so maybe I don't understand the difficulty, but it would be great for the notification to link straight to the story it's about.

The only worthwhile part is the weather. Notifications of news stories rarely take you the the story, and even in app, clicking on stories frequently takes you to unrelated articles. I don't know when it changed but it used to work well. Pretty much all I use it for now is weather, and using the notifications to search on Google
