The functionality of the app was well thought out but the workings of the app are very poor. The kaps systems run on different settings and all card data has not been consolidated together. So different venues will give totally different experiences. Some cards are not even. Recognized by the system. The guys handling the IT and tech systems are either novices or the company isn't just interested in investing further into the system. Overall very terrible experience. I'd rather pay cash!

The application is confusing, unreliable and utterly horrendous! Menus don't make sense and some don't work, the application crashes without explanation, top-up of card via the app doesn't reflect new balance when paying for parking, the list goes on. A long way from being polished.
