Adding subtitles is relatively easy, but the app is unable to export the file once the project is complete. Overall, useless and time-consuming - 3 hours of editing just to discover that you can export the file with subtitles. I contacted the support, but no solution so far. I will update this review if they will be able to solve this issue in a timely manner.

Though it sometimes recognizes words better than other apps, the usability is worse. I can't figure out how to adjust timing of captions and most annoying is that if you change the screen (like open a different app or check a message) while it's processing (which can take a full minute or two) you lose it entirely. It's hard to refind it in drafts because the screens show black and shows out of order. If you try to reupload the video it tells you you can't do anymore because there's a limit.

This is not a free app and they'll limit your ability to caption videos to 2 per 24 hrs - they say it's up to 20 mins but my 2 videos totaled less than 3 minutes - and then push you to pay for a subscription. And considering it's not the best software in the first place and lack features that other paid apps provide I don't suggest it at all. They only replied to me to push me to pay for further access and called me a "power user". For two one minute videos. 1/10
