Ratings and reviews

Though the app has a nice appearance, it was a disappointing experience when trying to order a meal. Tried paying with two different cards, twice, and each time just got a kauai logo and payment did not go through after waiting for a minute. Gave up after that. Then tried 'help and support' section to email and the app said 'cannot open email app'.

Trust me when I tell you this is a failure at every level. Replacing an existing app with one that is literally worse, forcing you to re-register too. Bugs everywhere, can't use the search or filters - they literally just do nothing. Any time you submit a request that sends something to the server it almost times out. Payment marked as failed but debited my account. What a nightmare.

Absolutely ridiculous, how do you release (and delay the original release date) to bring out such an awful app. Absolutely nothing works, you have to click on something at least 7 times to proceed to the next error. I have had to pay for smoothies even when I have a subscription which never happened on the previous app. As a developer myself I know the effort that goes into building programs but we never would consider releasing something that should've failed testing.
