Ratings and reviews

This app is a joke! Prepare yourself mentally if you ever order through this app. The app doesn't communicate if your order is being prepared or if it is out for delivery. We ordered 45 minutes ago through the app from a location that's literally two blocks away. Eventually we had to resort to calling the location we've ordered from, to get as a response that orders coming 7km away were prioritised over our order two blocks away. How does that make any sense?

Kauai sent an email with a free smoothie. Yay! Went to Kauai to get the smoothie, but when I got there, the app wasn't showing a voucher. They advised that there's a problem with vouchers so can't honour it until the app is fixed. Stop sending vouchers when you know it doesn't work, or at least send out another email advising there an issue, rather than wasting my time.

Pointless Pre ordering any meals on this app. I'm lucky to have 1 successful order go through when Pre ordering my meals, purely to save me time in the queues before I need to get work on time after training. Without fail, I will arrive at the counter, and either they have not received the order (even though I have indication as order processed) and monies taken from my account. does not matter whether it is morning or evening, ordering meals through the app is guaranteed to fail.
