Stacked with features
Most pop-up dictionaries won’t give you definitions for phrases, don’t color code words that you’ve looked up before, and don’t keep statistics. Ours does all three.

Some of us study languages for months without the opportunity to practice conversation. Our global community is anywhere you are – log on to converse in whatever language you choose. You can do 1-on-1 language exchange in private rooms or group chats in language specific rooms. We support both voice chat and text chat.

Want to have a regular conversation practice and need guidance? We have a team of approved teachers ready to help. Our search tool makes it easy to find the right fit: you can specify language, skills, times and dates, and rates. LT teachers offer a range of options: from professional classes and packages to informal tutoring and conversation. Some teachers also offer a trial lesson, which is a great way to take a test drive.

Ratings and reviews

This app is amazing - it lets me read all 10 of my languages with very little disturbance. Just click a word to get a definition, color code, keep stats, etc. Tons of text, audio, video in the library, or I can upload my own. It has a decent free plan too. Much better than the other reading tools out there. Thank you Language Crush!

After the update, I love the app so much that I subscribed. It's like LingQ, but with more languages. Basically, if you want to read something that's outside of your level, want to be able to list out the words you don't know, look them up in a dictionary, and keep a list of translations, then this does it all in one spot. Also, you can use what you learned by chatting with others in your target language or by having essays corrected. Good community but very small

I love the site but this app is terrible. It does not show the full text, in either mode, and it is difficult to scroll on any page. It's even more difficult to scroll when reading because if you accidentally touch a word, a little pop-up gets in the way of reading or it takes you to different page that you have to swipe to get rid of and go back to the passage. There's very little in the way of settings that can be changed, like font size or turning off/on the highlighted words.
