Easy to use although some pick up location aren't functional..... Reduce to have specific locations that are realistic. Lately the App stoped working completely and it's pointless to have an app that keeps on hanging or is dysfunctional. A lot of improvement is needed.

Your customer care number is always busy,,i used the app to book a seat but it did not reflect i tried calling like four numbers and neither of them picked up the phone,please work on that.

Date search is now becoming a problem more so when moving to the second month booking,try to be protecting the customers receipt when you upgrade your app.Because I lost 6 receipts this morning that led me to call you for confirmation.Try to improve on that issue
