Just discovered this app and was intrigued. But... Nah. This service has the potential to be so much more. It's not quite there yet. Basically, you're asking me to store my money with you for the duration it takes to complete the payment for whatever item I want. But if I already have other services where I save my money, then I have zero motivation to move that money from there to here. Makes this quite pointless.

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! Flex staff directed me to shop with their points and upon doing that, the systems could not verify the transaction. I called the customer care desk, who never picked. So embarrassed was I that I quickly had to get loans to fix the mess. This is a very useless service provider that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Absolutely useless!

I made a payment and it has never reflected on my dashboard. Whenever I ask about it I'm told that it's being resolved and they go silent. This is despite providing transaction codes and a screenshot of the mail that confirmed receipt of my deposit. Also, the deposits are charged for. So much for 0% interest. Flexpay is not transparent.
