flexpay actually have poor customer support,their contact info shows they're online but they can't respond to you in time .worse still chama loans take too long to be disbursed, responding with error every time you use either the app or a ussd code

this app is not good i have wabtedvto cancel my booking but it is impossible in case of an emergency it cannot help it is totally not customer friendly

Just discovered this app and was intrigued. But... Nah. This service has the potential to be so much more. It's not quite there yet. Basically, you're asking me to store my money with you for the duration it takes to complete the payment for whatever item I want. But if I already have other services where I save my money, then I have zero motivation to move that money from there to here. Makes this quite pointless.
