Very disappointing experience. Since June 18, my KSh 15,000 refund has still not been processed despite being promised a much shorter timeline. Customer support has given me conflicting information, my emails have gone unanswered, and I was charged a 7% withdrawal fee that I believe shouldn't have applied under their own policy. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend Flexpay based on my experience.

very poor service as of late, withdrawals take forever to be processed and they alway give you empty promises. I can not recommend it to any one .. it was good when it started but now.... I cannot trust them with my money anymore. ... you are very lucky I can't give a zero rating.

I want a negative star... Careful! Run! I wish I read the reviews first. I initiated a rent goal refund after I hit the target but I never got the money. At first they said I'll receive the money within 48hrs. After 48hrs, it's either they don't answer my call or they say I'll receive the money in the evening. This is the second week with the same trend.
