started saving for a phone but got the cash and just went ahead and got the phone from the shop (with other items at patabay) and I thought now let me withdraw the cash ... I CAN'T, NO, NO PROVISION FOR THAT ON THE APP ... CAN'T REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER CARE. CANT GET A VOUCHER. MONEY LOST !

Customer Service is really wanting. When you sign up for an item, you provide your address. It beats logic that after you finish paying for the item, you have to literally call customer care and beg for delivery of the item? It's boring!
