Horrible experience, where theres money involved customer support should be available for any queries or clarifications.. I cant access my account after depositing some money since the otp required to login doesnt come. All customer support channels are useless as none is responsive be it email or call.

Very disappointing experience. Since June 18, my KSh 15,000 refund has still not been processed despite being promised a much shorter timeline. Customer support has given me conflicting information, my emails have gone unanswered, and I was charged a 7% withdrawal fee that I believe shouldn't have applied under their own policy. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend Flexpay based on my experience.

very poor service as of late, withdrawals take forever to be processed and they alway give you empty promises. I can not recommend it to any one .. it was good when it started but now.... I cannot trust them with my money anymore. ... you are very lucky I can't give a zero rating.
