I want a negative star... Careful! Run! I wish I read the reviews first. I initiated a rent goal refund after I hit the target but I never got the money. At first they said I'll receive the money within 48hrs. After 48hrs, it's either they don't answer my call or they say I'll receive the money in the evening. This is the second week with the same trend.

the app has been awfully problematic for the past month. Errors every time disrupting savings plans. No helpful responses from the customer service team. Contradicting deductions of loans from savings. ignoring concerns ...its been a frustrating period with you guys recently and my 2nd star is for the benefit of a doubt as you've been commendable since before. please work on this.

I think it is time to run! After completing my goal payment, instead of the normal 48 hours for refund, I was told it now takes 2 Weeks! Has this become a Pyramid Scheme? Is it time to alert authorities? These are my savings not a loan.
