app is good but can you include a section for seeing service charge breakdown when buying an apartment. Some of the building owners put up a high service charge that's so unnecessary, you buy an apartment then you start paying a service charge north of ksh.7000 monthly,is as if you are paying monthly rent all over again,service charge shouldn't even exceed ksh.3000 for common utlities.

App keeps glitching asking to update but even after updating it asks the same, so only way for it to work is to uninstall then reinstall. After doing this it works as long as you don't navigate away from page because if you do you have to go through the process again

Don't download it... it's a piece of trash... every time the app brings a notification that "check your internet connection" yet the internet is okay...it worked once when i first downloaded it but once these silly error notifications come...it stopped !😓😓😓waste of time and data
