The most useless mobile bank app. Everytime i need to log in i must type my telephone number plus password, time wastage. Why are we charged to check our balance? I never experienced this with other mobile Banks app. Very Useless i dont even see its use if you are charged for checking your balance. Bure kabisa. Recently, am using a new phone. I forgot my password, my account has been blocked. Even after contacting customer care am not able to reset my password and customer care not helpful

This app is boring and annoying, you need to improve it. I don't have to call the bank every time I need to log in the app. If you stayed for sometimes without logging in you can't get in, you have to call the bank to reset your password. If you somehow reset your phone, you have to call the bank to reset your password after reinstalling the app. It's very annoying having to call the bank every time to reset my password.

Each time I register for mobile banking i use it for a few months then they have problems and I am locked out of mobile banking again.Calling you to sort out this issue so often is getting very frustrating.
