Woah! You guys have A LOT of work to do on this "app". Why do I have to log in through a Web page that then shows me that "an unknown error has occurred", none of the drop down buttons are working, the app keeps showing that I should check my internet connection, which is working just fine BTW, so I can't log in through there either... ugh! So frustrating for something that's supposed to provide convenience! Put some more work into this and figure out how to make it swift for your customers.

EDIT:3 weeks after opening an account with you,i had to come back and edit my previous review.I had previously wondered why so many people were negative about you but now i understand why.Your services are horrible especially when it comes to internet banking.It seems your servers are experiencing problems every other day.Every single time i have tried a transaction an error message is displayed which means i have to go thru your customer service people which leads to delays.YOU SUCK!
