Try to improve the app for it to work better ,I have tried to download some of the documents here it keeps telling me to login several times this not good at all and it's time consuming app update the app for it to work well without redirecting to login several times

Not working on my phone, it's stopping at the biometrics verifications, it can't access the camera on My phone, so it's useless to me and other people experiencing the same promblem 🚮

the Digital ID is one of the most stupidest ID I've ever seen 😳. how could you tell someone to scan a hand...do you know that majority of kenyas don't have phones to successfully complete the digital id. mko chini sanaa
